DONZLY processes account, company, customer, service-request and operational information so users can access and use the platform. Information submitted through account forms and the Service Hub is used to provide the requested service, secure accounts, support users and operate the marketplace.

Information we process

• Account and contact information.
• Company, team and service-operation records.
• Customer requests, quotes, reviews and payment references.
• Technical and security information needed to protect the platform.
• Location information only when a user enables a location-based feature.

Service providers

DONZLY uses specialist infrastructure and communications providers to operate the service. Payment card data is intended to be handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored directly by DONZLY.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by contacting DONZLY.
