DONZLY is designed to keep company and customer workspaces separated and to limit access according to account and team roles.

Platform controls

• Authenticated access to private operational pages.
• Role and company checks around protected records and actions.
• One-time email confirmation links for new accounts.
• Server-side handling of privileged service credentials.
• Secure hosted payment flows when the payment provider is configured.

Your responsibility

Use a unique password, protect your email account, sign out from shared devices and promptly report suspicious activity. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private access keys by email.

Report a concern

Please include the affected page and a clear description, but do not include passwords, secret keys or full payment-card information.
