Platform terms

These terms describe the basic rules for using DONZLY. By creating an account, a user agrees to provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and use the platform lawfully.

Accounts and subscriptions

Customers may use the customer account without a subscription. Business features depend on the selected plan and activation status. Paid services, trial terms, taxes, renewal and cancellation details must be shown before a payment is completed.

Marketplace

Service businesses are responsible for the services they offer, their quotations, licences, insurance and work quality. Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting quotations. DONZLY provides the platform workflow and does not perform the underlying field service.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, impersonate another party or interfere with other users or systems.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved or changed. DONZLY aims to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Material subscription changes will be communicated through the platform or account contact details.
